Eliza Barwick 1829 to 1908 married to Cornelius Hines & William Williams

Eliza Barwick was born in Kurrajong on May 9, 1829, to Charlotte and John Barwick. She died at Lyndhurst on March 1, 1908. Eliza married twice. First to Cornelius Hines in May 1846 at Richmond. She then married William Williams in 1883 at Carcoar. Please note: the surname is sometimes spelled Hynes

Eliza and Cornelius had 13 children.

Thomas Hines 1849 to 1904 married Elizabeth Hibbard

Thomas Hines was the second child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. He was born in Kurrajong in 1849 and died in Carcoar in 1904. Thomas married Elizabeth Hibbard in 1875 in Neville, near Orange NSW. They had fourteen children.

1. Evangeline Sophia 1875 - ? Married Samuel Ewens. They had seven children.

2. Mary Elizabeth 1876 - ? Married Marcus Wilkinson. They had two children.

3. John Cornelius 1877 - 1877.

Charlotte Hines 1850 to1852

Charlotte Hines was the third child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. She was born in Kurrajong in 1850. She died in 1852. 

John Cornelius Hines 1853 to 1925

John Cornelius Hines was the fourth child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. He was born in Sofala, near Bathurst in 1853 and died in Lyndhurst in 1925. John did not marry.

William Henry Hines 1855 to 1933 married Frances Tindall

William Henry Hines was the fifth child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. He was born in 1855 and died in Cowra in 1933. In 1879 William married Frances Tindall. They had seven children. You can read William's obituary here.

Sophia Elizabeth Hines 1857 to 1918

Sophia Elizabeth Hines was the sixth child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. She was born in 1857 in Carcoar and died in Newcastle in 1918. 

Robert Hines 1859 to1859

Robert Hines was the eighth child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines.  He was born in Carcoar in March 1859 and died two weeks later. He was possibly predeceased by a sister in 1857.

Peter Hines 1860 to 1942 married Louisa Collins

Peter Hines was the ninth child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. He was born in Carcoar in 1860 and died there in 1942. Peter married Louisa Collins in 1890 in Carcoar and they had three children.

David George Hines 1863 to 1959 married Martha Cant

David George Hines was the tenth child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. He was born in Carcoar in 1863 and died in Lyndhurst in 1959. David married Martha Cant in 1894. They had four children.

1. David 1895 - ? Married Margaret Stoker (divorced).

Joseph Edward Hines 1865 to 1950 married Mary Ann Wilkinson

Joseph Edward Hines was the eleventh child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. He was born in Carcoar in 1865 and died in 1950. Joseph married Mary Ann Wilkinson in 1886. They had ten children.

Daniel Arthur Hines was the twelfth child of Eliza Barwick and Cornelius John Hines. He was born in Carcoar in 1868 and died there in 1939. Daniel married Elizabeth Cant in 1895. They had four children.
