Edward WILSON 1816 to 1902 married to Susannah Riley

The second surviving son of Elizabeth and Job Wilson was Edward. Their first son Edward died as a baby.

Born on December 15, 1816, at Castlereagh NSW, Edward died on May 30 in 1902 at Kurrajong. Edward married twice, first to Anne Sherwood who died in 1839 (no issue) and secondly to Susannah Riley (daughter of John and Catherine Riley) on April 11 in 1847.

Jessie Wilson 1840 to 1905 married to Henry Silk & Charles Reynolds

Jessie Wilson was born to Elizabeth and Job Wilson in Kurrajong on November 11, 1840. She married Henry Silk on January 1, 1858, at Richmond.

Henry Silk was born on May 19, 1835, in Richmond and died on March 22, 1912, in Windsor. Jessie later partnered with Charles Reynolds, who died on December 26, 1888, in Orange.

Jessie and Henry Silk had 6 children. Jessie and Charles Reynolds had 6 children.

John Wilson 1845 to 1921 married Elizabeth Lane

John Wilson was born at Kurrajong, NSW in 1845. He was the first son and second child of Simeon Wilson and Elizabeth Horan. John died in 1921 in Manildra, NSW. You can read this lovely obituary about John here.

John married Elizabeth Lane (daughter of Hannah (Anne) Hawkins and John Lane) in 1869 in Kurrajong. Elizabeth was the grand daughter of convict David Hawkins who owned the 50 acre property ''Timberinga'' next door to the Wilson family. 

Elizabeth died in 1925 in Manildra. Both John and Elizabeth are buried in Cudal.

9. Elsie Louisa 1887 - 1930 married Walter Barwick. Walter was a son of William Barwick and Susan Wilson and therefore a distant relative.

10. Isaac Bruce 1890 - 1952 married Lyla Barwick. Lyla was the daughter of William Barwick and Susan Wilson and therefore a distant relative.

11. Eliza Pearl 1892 - 1957 married Jack Hanrahan. They had eight children.

12. Eva Ellen 1897 - 1928 married William Archibald Coomber. They had two children.

Annie Wilson 1856 -? married William Alexander

Annie Green Wilson was the sixth children of Job Wilson Jnr and Mary Green. She was born in Richmond, NSW in 1856 and married William Alexander in 1880.

Annie and William had five children.

5. Hilda Annie (1889 - ?) married George F Hayward in Windsor 1905. They had two children.

Anne SILK 1859 to 1904 married John Richardson

Anne Jane Silk was the first child of Jessie Wilson and Henry Silk. She was born in Richmond in 1859 and died there in 1904. She married John Thomas Richardson in 1890.

Together they had ten children.

1. Jessie May 1879 - 1905 married William Dench in 1899. They had two children.

2. Albert Edward Henry 1883 - 1938 married Catherine Lalor. Three children.

3. George Norman Frederick 1885 - 1886.

4. Evelyn Maude Beldon 1886 - 1966 married Joseph Cannan. Three children.

5. Cecil William 1889 - 1957 married Florence Picaud. They had two children.

6. Percy Roland 1890 - 1916. Killed in France during World War 1.

7. Alma Gertrude 1892 - 1973 married Edward Wearne.

8. Nelson Arthur 1894 - ? did not marry.

9. Ivy Gladys 1896 - 1946 married Raymond Dick in 1916. They had four children.
